Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

I have roadrunner. I am connected to wifi.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

How do I find that out?

Technician's Assistant: The Email Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I believe it is a problem with the RoadRunner servers.

If you go here, there are quite a few people complaining about down email servers and internet from Spectrum, who own RoadRunner.

Are you using the email app on your phone?

If so, try disconnecting your email account from the application and then reconnecting it.
