I need to use Facebook, but every day they lock my account…

I need to use...

I need to use Facebook, but every day they lock my account on grounds that "someone is trying to access my account from a new location." In every case the person who is trying to do so is ME! So they lock me out just because I'm trying to use my account. So every day I must create a new password. How do I get this madness to stop????

The only device I use is my PC.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I think so, but don't know for sure. I think the reason this got started is that I recently visited Cuba and tried to use Facebook there.
