I keep getting a question we have run into a problem with your Office 365 subscription and we need your help to fix it. However when I go to my account there doesn't seem to be a way to fix it. I even re subscribed to Office 365 but still get the message. I am wondering if it is referring to an old email address which I have sense updated. How to I correct this?
