Unfortunately iPad doesn't support remote access directly. The choices are:
1. Find a Windows or Mac computer so you can share your screen and I can control it and fix things for you.
2. Find ANOHER phone or tablet with camera, so we can have a video conference over FaceTime or Skype. Be aware it needs another device so I can see your iPad screen via that device.
