I didn't feel confident in following instructions by email means, so I brought my IPad to Staples where I originally purchased it. I need no further contact & was unaware that you were contacting me. It is now working properly. I was also unaware that you had your own website & thought you were connected to Microsoft, as that was with whom I was communicating. I don't understand how you got in on my problem. Sincerely, ***** ********r**.
