I have a new iPhone 5 and I forgot my password ***** my email. I can't get into my mail. I have followed all the steps but it says it doesn't recognize my email.

No. My iPad doesn't have my email on it I did make a new on my iPad but I can't get that to work either. I just need to get my password ***** my account

My email is old and I got a new number and didn't change it on my email.
