Lost a folder....

Lost a folder. Clicked on it yesterday, maybe twice, it disappeared. I've checked Deleted Items, Recycled items, etc.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Office365, I think. Many changes here while I was in hospital

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

On office desk top computer, Outlook icon on tool bar. Yellow icon.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Opened all the surrounding folders, thinking my mouse might have moved just as I clicked on it. Use Outlook search for docs I know would be in the folder. Don't get a return that tells me from where it's drawing the search.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Major folder? The folder has, oh oh oh, I didn't remember to use check sub-folders in the search, but to continue it has about 12 sub-folders, name of root folder is "Client Related"
