My Outlook program has...

My Outlook program has 2 emails. ***@******.*** and***@******.***. Today my computer went to work offline and I can't get it to reconnect. The internet is fine. My tech guy says the lpl.com address is redirecting everything to saleemawm.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue?

Have had several weeks of Outlook popups asking for a password ***** I just closed the box and continued working.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?

It is a surface pro Windows 10.

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your computer? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Spent an hour w my tech person and we deleted the outlook choice and then added it back.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

  1. What version of MS Outlook are you using? (2007, 2010, 2013 or 2016?)
  2. Are your 2 email accounts set up as POP or IMAP?
  3. Are you still able to access the 2 email accounts using a web browser to at least test if the password ***** are using are correct?
