We just set up a new gmail account for a new computer and when asked to verify the email address, the password ***** ***** recognized

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Gmail account? What troubleshooting have you tried?

This has been going on since we purchased and setup the computer a week or so ago. I tried talking to google support but they wanted $$$ to reset the password.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

It would be helpful if they could help me get into the new google account as a verification code has been sent to it but again we are unable too open due to the incorrect password.

Have been having this problem since setting ups this new computer a week or so ago. Have not tried Andy security options. Just trying to rest the password ***** the original one is not being recognized.

I am confused. I was told that a $5 refundable fee would be charged and yet I received a email stating the the fee was $42. I am not interested in paying for a service when we followed all of the setup procedures just to find out that the gmail password ***** set up is not being recognized.
