Hello: I have outlook...

Hello: I have outlook 2016 installed as a part of Office home & Biz. Regularly I find it won't open properly from the app on my Win 10 desktop. Get a message that say "cannot start Microsoft Outlook, cannot open outlook window.The set of folders cannot be opened, etc. Have to reboot it seems to clear so I can open. Thought Outlook was the best email service available, help

Almost since I bought the software with a new computer

Tried to download any updates, am told I am up to date.

Only that this appears to be erratic, no pattern
