Have a new iPad but not able to receive emails. Still able to get on my old iPad. Apparently it’s been blocked.tried to cancel and start at new account but not able to.

Open Apple store, search for Microsoft outlook and install it

Once installed it on ipad, Open Outlook App on ipad, configure your email on it
