Had ******[email protected]******t as EMail address...had to change it. It is now***@******.***. tried signing in with new EMail..wasnt accepted...tried with old EMail but had forgotten my password. Decided to use the gmail address ..used a new password...now have lost ALL of my contact list. What can I do?

I have decided to contact my grandson who works with Microsoft in Seattle. I think he will be able to help.
