On Nov 17 I was charged for a no show($10). I did not change the pick up location another driver picked me up and the ride was completed. I was in the same spot all the time;

On Nov 17 I was charged $10 for a no show. The pick up address was not changed and a second car picked me up and completed the trip. I did not move from the original spot. Also my email is***@******.*** why do you have gmail for me
