Its not the email its aol gold wont let us sign in says error. it was working just fine and stopped working.. need help we would like our aol back not liking this al

Technician's Assistant: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?

Since it was switched from aol 9.8 to aol gold

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Daily on the desktop and occasionally on phone

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

It says to go to explorer and go to desktop.aol.com and reinstall aol gold but I did go there and there are so many options don't know which one to pick

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

No just want the aol back I pay monthly on thank you
