When I try to create an email message on my laptop, "The Operation Failed" appears on the screen. I have shut down the computer twice, but it doesn't help.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: My laptop is a Dell. I don't know the model or operating system. Sorry!
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

the email system was working fine before this happened. I use Outlook, 2003.
