Since this morning my email doesnot work. I reset the password ***** Ithink my setup is bad since I have been trying to fix it. Neither Verizon or aol or frontier recognize my account. I have a FIOS account that works, but email I was told belongs to somebody else

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Aol account? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I think about 6 months

Where did you access you email from? On the same network or even on the same device? If yes, try using a different network, e.g. switch off your wi-fi and use mobile broadband instead. Please let me know if it makes any change. Thanks.
