Hello there. I have been having problems with Outlook since tuesday. E-mail are getting delayed, and Im also having problems connecting from time to time. Its like this on every platform: Mac, ipad, iphone, portal.office etc

Thanks for the error message, do you use the same wireless connection for all the devices, because the error code indicates problem with the network environment and it also matches with your description of the problem, as the problem you describe can also caused due to this same problem, so the solution for this problem is changing the network settings or the router which you use.

I have used portal.office.com which is the login site for Outlook etc for Office 365

Thats where this error message pops up. Sometimes it connects, but theres delay from 10m to several hours on e-mails thats been sent to me.

Ok, that is why I am asking form the beginning, which email service provider do you use and you said that Outlook, nordvikromerike.no is not outlook, Office 365 is a software package and outlook is a program in that, nordvikromerike.no is the email service provider, the problem is caused due to any problem on the service provider fault, that can also a reason for network environment problem. You have to take help from the domain provider and they can be reached by the technical support of your company, because this domain is used by them only.

Ok, try this on monday, login to your email account and then, ask any of your colleague to send an email to you and see how much time it takes and do remember to refresh the email account page, as soon as they send the email.
