Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, how often have you been getting this particular message?

Every time i put my password ***** and its said wrong password ***** i say forgot password ***** it goes to that error

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I went to windows and they said not thee erroe

I update my surface yesterday and on wednesday i changed from at&t to charter

First i want to address your error. It is browser/display issue. Do not be alarmed. I had 3 clients just yesterday

with that same error and after we were in remote, i tried from my side and got that error too. They were with ATT.

I believe they are having tech issues as this is starting to become a pattern. Refreshing the page has worked and using another browser.

The most successful measure was pulling in an agent with us and resetting from there, then resetting your browsers, allowing

for that site, disabling or adding those urls to your antivirus as safe.

Do you access your email on a pc to reset? I wouldnt try from any other device as they rarely allow options in full.

Also, is your email with att?
