I make frequent use of three Thunderbird email addresses:

I make frequent use of three Thunderbird email addresses:***@******.***,***@******.***, and***@******.***. Since 11/15/17 the***@******.*** has had periods of four hours or longer when it would not deliver my emails, Tests have consistently shown that I could send from the w7coffin address and the emails would be promptly received by the other two and would appear in my sent box immediately; but a cc would not be in my w7coffin inbox until hours later.

Mozilla Thunderbird

Web browser on desktop Windows 7

Shutting down computer. Unplugging computer

  2. Are you saying that the w8 and the herveyt email addresses are receiving and sending emails just fine?

Correction: both w8coffin and w7coffin will send but not receive this morning, herveyt will both send and receive.
I cannot access any of the three with Mozilla Firefox

Thank you for writing back with that information. What exactly is the error message that you are getting when receiving fails? And why are you NOT able to access them using Firefox?

I do not get a clear error message. With Firefox and Internet Explorer, I just get a series of options that include some of the words or similar ones. No offer of access to any of the addresses

Can I remotely access your computer so that I can directly check and fix the issues while you watch on your screen?

I don't know why I can't access the email addresses. With Firefox or Internet Explorer, only some options that include some of the words or similar ones appear. On one attempt, the first option offered was a website with information about me of an unrelated nature.
