Got it. That used to appear automatically. (2) I used to have 3 categories of Inbox mail showing the 20 or so most important than read than other. Now all lumped together. How do I segregate again?

Click on the link, you will see a page opens scroll down down and click on I Agree button

you can see the signature I like in some of my sent emails with "ValuCorp" logo

you have 3 gmail icons earlier on your desktop screen and now its missing is that correct

I think so. One is a logo "V" instead of my picture and the other is "ValuCorp" in signature. Not sure of the 3rd?

if it was working fine a few hrs before then i can restore it back.

Do you or I have to click yes to restore?

Activating system restore on the earlies back date available and this will take around 10 mins to process.

You are not going to loose and data or email and its fully reversible if need to be reversed.

if you connect on wifi check the wifi settiings from the bottom right hand side and try to connect.

Connect to a wifi network

  1. Click 'Wireless Network Connections' icon in the taskbar at the bottom right of the screen. This should open the list of available wifi networks.
  2. Click either UQ or Eduroam, then tick 'Connect Automatically' and click 'Connect'.

It's taking a longer time than usual to restart

let it restart and once you are connected on Internet explorer or Chrome let me know i will send you a new remote link
