I can't get into Dropbox...
I can't get into Dropbox as they say I have the wrong e-mail address and my old password ***** ***** too.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Never as I can recall
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes, but they do it automatically so I don't know the date
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've gone into the Dropbox site Account and tried my old e-mail address and my present e-mail address as well as several possible passwords
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

Dropbox doesn't accept it as they say my e-mail is wrong. I think they have my old e-mail that was changed 2 years ago.

My apologies but I just realized you are on a MAC and I am on a PC. I will not be able to make a remote connection that way. I will make sure you are refunded for that portion of the service. Did you ever access your Dropbox account from another device besides your computer?

I have a Samsung Tablet and Dropbox is in it too.

See if you can change your email address from there then you should be able to log in from your computer.

Dropbox says I have no e-mail address and that my password ***** changed 8 months ago. If so, I didn't record it. I have to go now so I'llclose for now. Thank you.

Can I unsubscribe to your service? I live in Canada and it makes more sense to have someone from Canada and my own city to assist me. I didn't accept your offer. What I typed was "No Thank you" and closed my computer.
