Technician's Assistant: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.

The state i'm in is MA. DESE is requesting emails from the head of school and we need to remove priviledged emails first I work as a tech support and wondering how best to go about this?

Technician's Assistant: Has anything been filed or reported?

Not that I know of. We had given them all her emails and I think they did anyting with it yet

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
