My name is***** ... my email account is : ***@******.***. ....I had a password ***** Google said it was used by another devise and advised to change password. I used the password ***** by Safari and now I can't get into my account at all and the verification of account does not list a way for me to add my new telephone number. Can you help please?

This has been going on for two days now....I have tried to change password, but it would not let me and they said they would be sending my new password ***** a text...to an old phone number that I slightly remember but don't have
