I am not receiving e-mails. I spoke with my internet service today/frontier mail and the problem they said was with outlook.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue?

I just noticed the problem today.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Lap top and phone

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

We changed the password ***** on my network but that didn't seem to be the problem
