As of last night my computer tells me I do not have most uptodate Desktop Gold. I was on the phone for one hour today with AOL and am still not connected.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Aol account? What troubleshooting have you tried?

At leas 24 hours. I tried everything AOL told me to.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Computer told me I was connected to the most recent at one point and thenI was told "Oops, cannot process at this point."
