I have 140+ on...

I have 140+ on my church email distribution and send out several emails weekly. Every few weeks, the gmails are refused delivery and it usually takes several hours before I'm made aware that they have not been delivered. Not only is this very annoying, but since we are a church there are some prayer requests, etc. that are not being sent out! I don't like giving up on Gmail, but this has happened several times and I'm about ready to. Do you have any suggestions as to what is happening and how I can avoid this?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Gmail account? What troubleshooting have you tried?

It started about 2 months ago. I went in an deleted some old email addresses and double checked to make sure there weren't any bogus. I've tried to keep it under 150 addresses hoping that would help. Not sure of any "troubleshooting" ?

Can you tell me word for word error messages you get when you send out that bulk email? You are able to use up to 500

in each email before restriction. that is not the problem.

Where are you sending email from? computer? phone? home? church?

What steps do you take to send the email out all at once?
