Hi trying to log in for email and getting code 502 - Bad Gateway. Kathy for Northeast Shade Tree

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?

I just reset password ***** security question and this was right before I got that 502 code.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Web browser. Just got new MAC computer today and trying to get email for the first time on new computer.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Don't know how
