Pearl, please help. i am not very computer or email literate and am elderly. this is complicated to me but i will try to explain

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?

Compaq i think; can't find model number. vista and opera.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Just about everything trying to get into my inbox after got a new page and could not get out; ended up creating new account. now i have lost my email that i have had for years. previous email now seems to be a recovery address. i made a big mistake and i need my previous email restored to me; this is where i receive all my bill paying accounts and have archived some things. new email address states this cannot be changed. please help. i just have to get my previous email address back. i don't have any onfo asked for in all the questions asked when i tried to get into my previous email in the first place. please help me. i am in the dark here.

When you are signed into the wrong account, click on the name in the top right and click on sign out.

then sign in with the correct account on the page it takes you to.
