It has been locked...

It has been locked as there might be someone else attempting to use. I have gone through eh process about a dozen times and I continue receiving a notice that I have not provided enough information to show the email is actually mine. Is there any other way to unlock my hot mail account?

Technician's Assistant: How long have you had this issue with your Hotmail account?

It has been about a month now. I also have a gmail account that I have started using, but there is information and pictures on my hot mail i would really like to retrieve.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

When I provide information I remember, it evidently is not enough.

I have tried contacting my internet service and the person told me she was having the same issue. Discouraging information.

I did not say I forgot my password. The account is locked saying someone else might be trying to use.
