I can't find how to get into my e-mail.

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?

Internet explorer

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your email account? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I had a technican set up my e-mail after being shut out for 4 weeks, but I forgot how to get into my mail.
