Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

Tried numerous times over the past week. One problem is that google doesn't have my current phone number

What google offers, but it just becomes a loop when the questions are unanswerable---i.e., when did you open account; what was your first phone number (I'm 82 years old!).

I think you are referring to the password ***** Gmail mailbox and you don't have access to the phone number associated with the account. Correct?
