Yesterday my thunderbird mail after working well started…

Hello yesterday my thunderbird...

Hello yesterday my thunderbird mail after working well started asking for my password...which I had forgotten, so went to tools, option, security and no history of passwords as have not had this PC long.tried reinstalling thunderbird no luck, my ISP is BT. any ideas what I can do now please?

Mchael thank you for your trouble but have just managed to fix it .in my ignorance I had set up a password ***** BT mail as thunderbird was not working not realising that I use my BT password ***** thunderbird too that it would be the same....sorry put it down to old age, now let me pay you for your time, but possible to have a refund from the £35 please. ?
