Before we begin, I want to clarify that, we have not relation with Yahoo in any way. But, we can try to help you regarding the problem, can you tell me what you have tried so far to access your account and one more thing, Yahoo do not have any customer support unless you use their paid service.

at this point i am so upset and disappointed. I thought the webpage read yahoo support, i did see a pop up that told me a mans name and his credentials. now i get a link from the lady tech and I have 2 links to my.answer.com/app/s/rJXaP AND

you did not help me in any way just a waste of time. it may be partly my error. but my bank alerted to me this is a fraud situation and i will be contesting the 15$ charge on my card. shame on you.

How will I help you? if you do not cooperate with me, you did not even replied to my queries, which I have asked you, I do not have any power to know the problem without the response of the customer. I asked you twice let me know if you want to continue and what you have tried to solve the problem, because I do not want to repeat the same steps, which you have tried already.
