I use Microsoft Outlook to send and receive Emails through Comcast.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue?

A few hours. It keeps asking for a password ***** not accepting it, so

Through my PC an HP using internet explorer

I have called Comcast, and I have been able to use email though

Their Xfinity website. That process worked so they concluded that the problem is with outlook and not them
