I've gotten an email...

I've gotten an email from Microsoft that says my payment method needs to be updated...I followed the directions and got as far as being told microsoft would send me a code in an email, (I even did this twice) but no emails from microsoft have arrived in my inbox. Can I talk with a real person and get this sorted out?!!!!!
