Hi, i am having trouble with my gmail account

Technician's Assistant: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?

The last couple of days, a microsoft message keeps coming up saying to log into my imap server, i have tried changing my password

  1. Are you using a Windows computer or a Mac?
  2. On your computer, are you using MS Outlook 2013 or 2016 to send/receive emails? Or other programs like Thunderbird?
