With remote support, you can see everything I do on the screen, and we have an A+ service rating at the Better Business Bureau website:
http://www.bbb.org/greater-san-francisco/business-reviews/professional-services-general/justanswer-in-san-francisco-ca-82403/
Remote support is quicker and easier for you as I will do all the troubleshooting steps for you. Also, this issue can be complicated. Otherwise, I will provide written instructions.
If you go to the gmail.com website, are you able to access all your email messages there?

How about with a small amount as shown for direct remote support?
Please let me know your option; we guarantee our service. Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Sorry, to confirm: On your old computer, you would open Google Chrome program, then go to the google / gmail.com website in Google Chrome program on the old computer, then it would show your email on the old computer. Is that correct?

If I delete google crhome on my old computer will it affect the new computer?
Email technician: Viet - Email Tech, Computer Support Specialist replied 10 months ago

No, it will not. So you click on the big letter icon (or photo icon) at the upper right corner in your gmail email on the old computer, then click on the option Sign out, then that does not work.

- On your old computer, please click on Start, then click on Control Panel, then open Programs / Programs and Features (or Add/remove programs), then uninstall / remove the Google Chrome program there.

- Then your gmail email should be gone from the old computer.

Please let me know. Thank you.

Hi Pearl. First as a form of introduction, I am 66 yrs of age (baby boomer) and I am an ARMY veteran. For a decade I have been satisfied with MSN and all of the storage it provides. What happened recently is my having been asked to provide a new password. My huge mistake was, due to the comfort zone I lived with, not having seen the significance of following directives. The other fact is that when I had to give a new password ***** tried three times to no avail and then tried a fourth time and everything I thought was there regardless disappeared. I am really wounded over this experience due to the fact that I was in such a comfort zone. I tried three times to get my site back. Went to sleep at three and woke to a rejected effort. I can't remember the emails I sent or to whom or the subject etc. I need help with this as I really miss my emails. Do I have any hope for this? … read more
