Hey man, my gmail has not been receiving emails since Sept 17th. I have important emails that I need access to. I just called a help line, and i think the guy was trying to scam me into paying him money

Technician's Assistant: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?

Since Sept 17th. My inbox has not received anything since that date, and I just received a notification through my job application service to check for their emails

I've read through the info online and trouble shot through your forums

I just spoke to someone I thought was google customer service, and he told me that I had been hacked. He wanted $200 to fix it, and he was incredibly pushy, so I told him I wasn't sure this was a good idea. Then he hung up on me

Thank you for writing back with that information. If you are NOT receiving your regular emails, then there is a chance that your Gmail account was hacked and the hacker implemented a filter causing emails to NOT show up on the Inbox.

Can I remotely access your computer so that I can directly check and fix the issues while you watch on your screen?
