Hi, I have been using Shaw as my email provider and want to switch to Gmail. I have just set up a new email address with Google...it is***@******.*** I am trying to import all contacts from my shaw account. I have Office 365 who provided Internet Explorer, but have forgotten my PW. They have sent me a code to reset it, but I can't seem to get back to where I need to enter this....Help please
