When I try to...

When I try to "send/receive" emails, a block pops up saying to log in to centurylink (this is my server). I use Microsoft Outlook email. Centurylink has checked and my email is working fine thru them. What to do?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue?

Since Saturday.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Through centurylink internet. Centurylink is my phone service.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Called Centurylink to check password. Everything thru them is working. But I want to use Microsoft Outlook for my email.
