I am trying to...

I am trying to add an email account to Outlook Live. The account is for my ATT.net account and it says it can not connect. I have used the pop server address of pop.att.yahoo.com and the outgoing of the same. Why will it not connect.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue?

I have tried off and on for several months, but am trying real hard today with not success.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I have an account in Microsoft Office outlook as well at directly with att.com.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Other that trying to set up again and again, I am not sure what to do.
