Hi! I am trying to help my husband out with his iPhone and IPad. Both are asking for his apple id and he does not remember. (He's 77 yrs) He had tried to change since he couldn't remember but now both are messed up. he can no longer receive email on either device, plus doesn't remember the security questions. He tried calling your help number but no answer. Anything you can do?

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?

Verizon with an aol email.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Guess he would use his phone, but unable to receive email at this point.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I have tried every password ***** he has used in the past and nothing is working.
