For some reason I'm...

For some reason I'm suddenly unable to get/receive my e-mail. A pop up appears asking me to submit my user name and password ***** when I do, the pop up disappears and then appears again and again asking for the same information.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

IToday with Spectrum. Spectrum said I needed to contact you to fix it. What I did with them is not working with my e-mail

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Through Windows Mail

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I called Spectrum to help me. They set my new user name and password ***** for Firefox but could not do it for Windows Mail.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

No. I'd just like the same user name and password ***** work for Windows Mail like Spectrum suggested

I don't think I should have to pay for this. I think Windows made some kind of mistake that is now taking a couple of days, time and energy, to find an answer--WHICH SHOULD BE SIMPLE!
