I just changed my password, because i had forgotten it. now i see 0 messages. i know i had hundreds of unread meessages before.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

Just now. i think the old password ***** mavis1, but my emails did not show up. said it was incorrect.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

On a computer

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

None, it said the password ***** mavis was incorrect. i did not think it was incorrect.

Just wondered if mavis1 was correct. i just did not want to lose all my emails, cause it had been about 3 months, since i checked my messages
