I have an earthlink account. I also have gmail for my wife and think I have a separate one for me. I think it is***@******.***, but I cannot seem able to access it.

Technician's Assistant: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?

I have just now had the trouble because I finally would like to switch and use my gmail account.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I NORMALLY ACCESS MY ERATHLINK ACCOUNT THRU MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

TRIED TO GET INTO MY GMAIL AND TRIED SENDING A MESSAGE TO***@******.***
