What is my problem. I have two computers one lets me access my site with you and one won't. I told it to load an it loads 80% and stops why?

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?

Windows 7

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I don't know the rest but I have used it for a year years

Don't remember I used a couple
