I'm trying to establish my incredimail account on my laptop. I have it installed but won't get my messages. How can I find what the password ***** my account is.

Technician's Assistant: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?

Almost none. all my email messages re on my pc which just died so I can't access it. This laptop is new to me.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I use google.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I've tried entering any possible password *****'ve used in the past. I use only a select few when I have to use a password.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I'm also not sure if all the info that I see in tools is correct.
