Hope you can help me with my msn email account which is not working on my iphone 6. When I try to use msn.com (outlook) I get a message "Message failed to send

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue?

Ï just spent 10 minutes with Apple help and they said the issue is with msn or outlook

Yes, one of my email friends tries to send me emails via my msn email address. I receive them,but each time,, he gets an email message saying that his message was undeliverable.

1. Using a windows computer. 2. Not sure what you mean.. Normally I log onto my msn account (home page) and then one of the choices is Outlook. I click on that and I can choose to read my emails.

What program are you using to log on to your MSN account? Is it a web browser like Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox? (The same program you use to browse the internet)
