Customer: long time ago - close to 2 years ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I've been using Charter Spectrum. I want to use Microsoft Outlook 2016
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

And run (open) the program that gets downloaded Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client

Once you've done that, minimize this browser window and look for a smaller box on the desktop then click Run.
