I have had an aol.com email for the past 30 years. Recently I could no longer get AOL on my Verizon phone or on my computer. Someone from aol. had me change to Crome and that worked for awhile.

Technician's Assistant: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?

Approximately 2 months

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Previously I had AOL as my broser but that disappeared one day.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I have tried to change my password ***** times without success and when chrone was my change (per AOL assistance) I suddently could no longer get email and I have tried times to use different methods that came from the help online

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Only that I have not been able to get to my saved files which contain my Charity foundation.
